I was overall happy with my stay. But would be great if there was a refurbishment
The location is great! The property felt safe and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was great as well.
The furniture was quite dated and the layout of the apartment I was staying in wasn’t the most practical. The bed was queen bed but not the most comfortable mattress/ pillows. The kitchen utensils/kitchenware weren’t the best and some had the tendency to easily bend which isn’t great.

Had to ask for missing items like water and cups after room service each time. Price is little bit high.

very comfortable
The location was great with many restaurants around, and close proximity to Hyde Park. The staff were very accommodating and helpful at any time of day.
unfortunately the cleaning was not daily but staff were happy to assist with fresh towels everyday.
